Greg showed up on time. He was very personable and very thorough in his work. He completely serviced the generator and then ran a transfer test to make sure it failed over correctly. We also discussed the possibility of fixing a leveling issue where the generator has settled on one side. He took measurements and pictures to discuss with his management and co-workers. Laura Reed7 days agoExceptional service all around! Melvin was amazing and confident and completed the not-so-easy job efficiently and timely. I am still impressed with the way the entire team treated my no-power situation with a sense of urgency and over-and-above handling, including obtaining a county permit, coordinating the inspection, and getting the power company back out to turn my power back on. Melvin even came back the next day and was here to safely turn everything back on inside the house. Thank you so much for taking an emergency situation and handling everything so well and efficiently that my power was completely restored the next day! Maggi Woronkowicz10 days agoIf I could give Dane and Paul over 5 stars I would! I had an issue last night when I tried to install simple nightlights. Something caused a fault, loss of power to the outlets/lights in my living room and ultimately, a breaker malfunctioned complete with a loud noise, a spark and a scary burn smell. I was very concerned and even considered calling the fire department. It was after hours but I called Weisman and was able to get a call back within 15 minutes with instructions of what to do overnight until they could come out today. That quick call back right alleviated my safety concerns. Then, first thing this morning at 7:30 am, I was called to schedule. Dane and Paul showed up before 10 am and were super professional. They diagnosed and fixed everything within an hour. They were very helpful answering all my questions and explaining what the issue was. Great company with great people!!! Mike & Nancy M44 days agoWe really appreciated the professionals who came to the house today from Weisman. We had a ceiling fan situation we could not deal with, and they were great. The fan would not turn off without using the breaker switch, and it was stuck on low, making a noise that was worrisome. They came out, removed the broken fan and replaced it in a timely manner. robert roppel46 days agoHi. Mo and Paul were the electricians at my house. They were installing a level 2 charging station in my garage. They worked quickly and efficiently. They enthusiastically answered all my questions and with detail explained what the plan was. Both of them were very personable. They did an excellent job. They had me bring the car in the garage and made sure the charger worked. They showed me the amperage the plug was bringing in. Couldn’t be happier. Great price. Scott Farrar52 days agoMy experience was quite positive. Both electricians arrived exactly on schedule. They quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem with my electrical switch. MissGilly G96 days agoI appreciate Weisman for their customer service and their response time. I had a brief power outage and I couldn't figure out why my microwave/oven didn't come back on. A service team was scheduled for Wednesday but a team was able to come a day earlier!!! The two young men explained what the issue was and then showed me what to do after the next power outage.
